Our Interim Leadership offering allows us to help clients address short-term business critical resourcing needs at pace, particularly in the area of transformational and strategic change. We work with privately owned and private equity-backed businesses but also with a range of large international corporates within the FTSE 350.

The offering is headed up by John Bloor who has a long track record of placing board and senior level interim managers.

How we do it

We devote time to fully understand the nature of our client’s requirement, challenging assumptions where necessary to ensure that we match the skills and experience of candidates to the agreed brief with precision. We can provide a shortlist within 72 hours of briefing, sometimes sooner, and after placement will agree a basis of checks and reviews for the duration of the assignment to ensure it remains on track. Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the interim’s fees under a framework that provides appropriate recognition for multiple and individual assignments of any length.
