We have, so far, successfully delivered on over 400 search assignments at board level and our candidates have advised on countless deals and potential deals.

Our work is focused on dynamic situations, typically where private equity is involved or where growth, strategic or ownership change is taking place. We know what we're good at, and we stick to it. We only work at board and senior management level. Our selective approach means we can get to know our candidates better, helping us home in on the best match. How we work
Pre-deal, we quickly provide clients with experienced board-level candidates to help them assess new deals. These are outstanding people who are immediately available for their next role or with the capacity to provide specialist insight and expertise to help make or break the deal.
Post-deal, having been introduced to management by their private equity backer we work closely with them. We agree on a detailed brief and undertake a robust, targeted market search to deliver a shortlist containing the right people. Our unique position in the market enables us to understand the needs of investors and management alike making sure that everyone’s interests are fully aligned.

There’s no ‘CV upload’ facility on our website, for good reason: we work with people we’ve got to know because they’re the people worth knowing, or because they are introduced to us by our network. For specific roles, we perform thorough targeted research against an agreed brief and we seek out and match the best people.
Because we have dealt with these situations so many times we can advise candidates accurately on the financial aspects of an appointment, benchmarking remuneration and the all-important equity equation.
Many of our clients have a pan-European investment strategy and our candidates reflect this. Within our team, we have deep experience and knowledge of working in Germany, France, the Nordics, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South America and Australasia.
